Fulfillment Policy for Altior Virtual Marketing

Pricing and Payment: Due to the tailored nature of our services, pricing varies based on the competitive landscape of the client’s niche and their budget. All pricing details and payment expectations are outlined in the “Scope of Work” and “Deliverables Agreement” provided to each client prior to commencement. We accept payments via Zelle, PayPal, and Stripe, which supports all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and more.

Delivery of Services: Upon agreement to the Scope of Work, clients have the flexibility to review and ensure the pricing fits their budget and needs. Following the signing of the Deliverables Agreement, a 50% downpayment is required to commence work. The service delivery timeline and milestones will be defined in the agreement.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Once work has started, the initial 50% downpayment becomes non-refundable. However, if upon completion, the client is dissatisfied and opts not to proceed in the agreed direction, the final payment may be voided. This decision must be communicated in writing within one week of deliverables completion. Failure to complete the final payment will result in the retraction of access to the delivered services.
